How the 90 minutes go
- We map your week (30 min). Email, invoices, scheduling, quotes, social — we list the repeating tasks and mark the ones that eat the most hours. No forms, no slides; a conversation at your desk.
- I show you one automation, live (40 min). Not a canned demo — built in front of you, on your real email or your real paperwork. You watch AI do a piece of your actual work.
- We pick your five plays (20 min). We choose the five automations worth building first, and I tell you honestly which ideas aren't worth automating. You get the plan in writing, with a flat quote for setup.

The deal, plainly
$500 CAD · 90 minutes · at your office
The full $500 comes off your setup if you go ahead — so if this becomes your system, the audit cost you nothing extra.
If we're not a fit, the plan is still yours to keep, and you're out one afternoon and the fee — not a contract.
Why not free? A free "audit" is a sales pitch with a clipboard. A paid one obligates me to leave you with something useful either way — and it keeps my calendar for owners who are serious.
One at a time. Setups are booked around my real estate work — this is one person doing it properly, not an agency. When a month's slots are gone, you're into the next one.
Calgary-area audits are in person. Outside Calgary, email me — remote works for straightforward cases.
Before you book
Do I need to prepare anything?
After you book you'll get a short intake form — about 10 minutes. It's what lets me show up already knowing where to look, so the 90 minutes goes to answers instead of basics. Beyond that, just bring your normal week.
Do I need AI accounts or software first?
You don't need any AI accounts or software before the audit — I bring a working system. If we go ahead with a setup, we pick the right plan for your business at the audit and create everything on setup day, in your name.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can approve an email, you can run everything I set up. The audit is in plain English, not developer-speak.
Will you need access to my accounts?
For the live demonstration, we'll connect one thing — usually email or a document folder — together, on your machine, with you watching. You can revoke it the moment I leave.
How do I pay?
Book a time below and I'll confirm by email the same day with an invoice. Nothing is charged until your booking is confirmed.
What happens after, if I go ahead?
Setup is one to two days on-site, then a live handoff where every play runs in front of you — all green or I keep working. Full details on the main page.
