Privacy Policy

One Playbook is run by me, Tyler Giesbrecht, in Calgary. This policy covers this website (oneplaybook.io) and, briefly, how I handle information during client work. The short version: this site collects almost nothing, and anything you share with me stays between us.
What this website collects
- No accounts, no forms, no tracking cookies. This site doesn't ask you to sign up, and I don't run advertising or analytics trackers on it.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve and secure the site.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads.
Booking and email
- Booking an audit happens on a Google Calendar booking page. The name, email, and time you enter there are handled by Google under Google's privacy policy, and shared with me so I can confirm your appointment.
- Emailing me (tyler@oneplaybook.io) shares whatever you choose to include. I use it to reply to you — that's it. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't sell or share your contact information with anyone.
Client work
If you become a client, the setup work happens on your accounts, which you own and control. Connections to your email, files, or calendar are made with the minimum permissions needed, documented for you, and revocable by you at any time. Anything I learn about your business during an audit or setup is treated as confidential and used only to do the work you hired me for.
Your choices
If you'd like to know what information I have from our correspondence, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email me and I'll take care of it. I operate under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with an updated date at the top.
